Oh he didn’t call it feminism, it just came up during the discussion regarding religious misogyny. That’s all. I would argue that his interpretation of the story and his respect for Eve is feministic, which is still different from feminism.

My Literary Theory professor is talking about feminism and the apple of Adam And Eve and he just said he thinks Eve is much more brave than Adam for going into the Garden and trying out the apple and that he admires the curiosity that she had and her critical attitude to question God, whom Adam blindly obeyed without ever questioning until Eve gave him the apple.

I’m kind of sad this is the last class of Literary Theory this semester…
